It feels like we're moving at warp speed, the world spinning faster than we can keep pace. The future looms, a vast unknown, stirring our collective anxiety. It's as if the zeitgeist itself is broadcasting a constant stream of fear and uncertainty. Feelings that, in truth, have always accompanied us on our path.

This isn't the first time humanity has stood at the edge of vast change, nor will it be the last. Our history is filled to the brim with its own challenges and triumphs. The anxieties we carry now, as heavy as they may feel, are part of a natural cycle, carrying past fears and forward.

Our fears and anxieties are products of our past selves. We're perpetually in a state of transition—from who we were to who we're becoming—our present anxieties reflect our past experiences and our evolving understanding of ourselves and our place in the world.

When you understand this you can view your present worries with a kind of temporal detachment, understanding that just as your past concerns have shaped but not defined you, your current anxieties will also fade into the background of your future self.

We are always moving forward, even if it doesn't feel like it in the moment, and the fears we experience now are just one part of a continuous path of growth and change.

When we see our anxieties as products of our past selves we diminish their intensity, making them less overwhelming and more manageable. This shift towards viewing our emotional experiences as natural and necessary parts of our human journey doesn't make them any less real or valid.

The rapid pace of our growth, both technologically and socially, is causing friction, as parts of our world and our very selves struggle to adapt. This friction, though, is also a sign of transformation, a messy but essential part of evolving. It's in this chaos that we find the potential for incredible innovation and new ways of being.

Consider that our current anxieties are not a burden, but a bridge. A bridge that connects us to our past. All alive share in this collective experience just as the countless generations before us.

Each wave of change brought them to new shores, just as it will for us.

Resilience is woven into our DNA. Yes, parts of us may lag behind, struggling to keep up with the breakneck pace of progress. But together, we have the strength to support each other, to adapt, and to emerge stronger. The future may be uncertain, but our ability to face it in both the past, present and future is unvavering.

This moment in time will become a memory, replaced by new challenges and new joys. And in this cyclical journey, we find our shared humanity, our capacity to endure, and the light that guides us through the darkest nights.
